The WestEnders features six talented performers who between them have appeared in over twenty of the most popular and prestigious West End shows of the last decade - including Beauty & the Beast, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Aspects Of Love, Jesus Christ Superstar, Oliver!, Crazy For You and many more.

Under the musical direction of Jae Alexander, The WestEnders offers a semi-staged concert performance, featuring your favourite songs from the magical shows of the West End.

Jae AlexanderJae Alexander - MD
Born in Port Talbot, Wales, and began his musical career at age 14. Has conducted some of the biggest shows in London's West End: West Side Story, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Follies, Cats, The Hunting of the Snark, Crazy For You, Beauty and the Beast and Oliver! Many television shows to his credit, and Jae is in demand as a conductor of summer Classical Spectacular concerts working with The Royal Philharmonic, The Philharmonia and The English National Symphony. He is one of the founders of WestEnders


Geoff AbbottGeoff Abbott
Geoff trained at the Guildford School of Acting. West End/London work includes: Aspects of Love (Original Cast), Starlight Express (Dustin), Cats (Munkustrap), The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber (Original Cast with Sarah Brightman), Anna Karenina (Vronsky), Eyam (Matthew), Matador (Tomas), Moving On (Geoff), Charlotte, Life or Theatre (Dr Khan). Favourite tour and rep roles include: Rope (Brandon), Martin Guerre (Judge Coras), Neville's Island (Roy), Into The Woods (Wolf/Cinderella's Prince), Candide (Candide), Carousel (Billy Bigelow), The Real Thing (Billy), Something Wonderful (Geoff), Lady Windermere's Fan (Cecil Graham), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), Fiddler on the Roof (Perchik), Two by Two (Japheth). Geoff recently played Fingers in the new Ray Cooney Time's Up at Guildford, and Bob Cratchitt in Scrooge (UK Tour)

James BugdenJames Bugden - Associate MD

Lindsey DanversLindsey Danvers
Lindsey is one of the most respected musical theatre artistes in the country. She has played many leading roles in the West End including, Grizabella in 'Cats' (New London Theatre), Fantine in 'Les Miserables' (Palace Theatre), Anna in 'The King And I' (BAC) and Jade in 'Metropolis'. Lindsey was a founder member of the all girl group Toto Coelo (recently featured on British TV as the 'original Spice Girls'), with chart success and extensive touring worldwide. They appeared on many shows, including Top of the Pops, performing their hit "I Eat Cannibals". Other recordings include being featured artist on Right Said Freds' album, 'Tug', recorded as Lily D. Various musical theatre compilations, Bone Dance (Ezzee-Posse) and Planet Pacific (various). Lindsey has released a CD, 'We Define Each Other' - The Songs of Miller & Bard.

Frances FryFrances Fry
Frances hails from southern England and trained at The London Studio Centre. In the West End she has played Cosette in Les Miserables and was part of the original cast of Oscar winner Sam Mendes' production of Oliver! Other theatre credits include Hey Mr.Producer, The Sound of Music, Mannerisms, Captain Beaky, Melancholy Baby, Here Come the Clowns and concerts, cabarets and TV advertisements. She is one of the founders of WestEnders.

Helen HobsonHelen Hobson
Trained at Mountview Theatre School, where she is now on the Board of Directors. Extensive West End credits include: Cathy opposite Sir Cliff Richard in Heathcliff, Clara in Passion, Rose in Aspects of Love, Blood Brothers and Les Miserables. Tours include: My Fair Lady playing Eliza Dolittle opposite Edward Fox, Mrs.Walker in Tommy and Grizabella in Cats. Other work includes: Lady in the Van, Stepping Out, Educating Rita, Persuasion and recently Is There Life After High School at The Bridewell Theatre. TV: Judge John Deed, Rosemary and Thyme and EastEnders. Helen worked as a WestEnder for the first time in 2003.

Spencer JamesSpencer James - Associate MD
Spencer studied at Trinity College of Music, London, where he was awarded the prestigious Keyboard Faculty Silver Medal. As Musical Director, he is currently collaborating with Songtime Theatre Arts. He has participated as MD at the last 2 Edinburgh Fringe Festivals and also collaborates with West 11 Opera for Young People and the New London Orchestra. As Piano Soloist he played 'Rhapsody in Blue' with the Trinity College of Music Jazz Band at Blackheath Halls. Spencer has also performed all over London and the South East as a Cocktail Pianist including events such as the Rugby World Cup Charity Gala at the Café Royal. His band, 96 Eyes, recently appeared in Berlin at the launch of the world's largest recording studio, Planet Roc. Website: www.spencerjamesmusic.com

Linda JarvisLinda Jarvis
Born in Wales, Linda trained at The Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her West End credits include Factory Girl and understudy to Fantine in Les Miserables, the original cast of Aspects of Love, and the original workshop of The Bakers' Wife with Sir Trevor Nunn. Other work includes James and the Giant Peach, Jo in A Taste of Honey and Cathy in Wuthering Heights for BBC Radio 4. She is one of the founders of WestEnders.

Terry KellyTerry Kelly
Terry was born in the Republic of Ireland and trained at Arts Educational School. Working exclusively in the West End Terry has appeared in My Fair Lady directed by Sir Trevor Nunn, Oliver! and Les Miserables. On tour: Martin Guerre. He will make his film debut in The Phantom of the Opera and has appeared in the TV drama Weird City for Channel 4 and numerous commercials.

Shaun Kerrison
Shaun was Associate Director of Les Miserables (Palace Theatre), resident Director of Martin Guerre (Prince Edward Theatre) and Associate Director of My Fair Lady at the National Theatre/Theatre Royal Drury Lane. His acting work includes the title role in Candide (Riverside Studios), understudied/played Frederick in The Pirates of Penzance (London Palladium), Marry Me a Little (Water Rats), Sweeney Todd (Oldham), Chicago (Leicester), Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella (Japan) and understudied/played Marius in Les Miserables (Palace Theatre). His concert work includes Cavalcade of Coward (Piccadilly Theatre), The Hired Man (Palace Theatre), Hey Mr Producer (Lyceum) and Les Miserables - 10th Anniversary Concert (Royal Albert Hall). He has appeared in and staged many cabaret performances at The Savoy, Cafe Royal, Mansion House and The Plaza Hotel in New York. Shaun trained at the London College of Music and The Guildhall.

Shona LindsayShona Lindsay
Shona made her professional debut at the age of 11 in the title role of Annie and went on to play numerous children's roles in theatre and television.Shona has just filmed the lead role in The Telephone Detectives, and has played Christine in The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre, London (she was the youngest actress in the world to do so). Shona starred as Sandy in the West End production of Grease at the Dominion and Cambridge Theatres, and played Kathy Seldon opposite Paul Nicholas in Singing in the Rain. Other theatre includes: I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (Comedy Theatre), The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber (Prince Edward), Gilmer in Godspell at the Barbican, Side by Side by Sondheim (Salisbury Playhouse). Regular listeners to radio will know Shona from her many broadcast performances on BBC Radio 2, most recently as Young Sally in Follies. Shona's debut solo album Control Yourself has just been released in the UK.

Jill NalderJill Nalder
Jill is from Wales and trained at Mountiview Theatre School. West End credits: include Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables, and original cast of Sam Mendes' production of Oliver! On tour and in rep: Miss Mazeppa in Gypsy, plus Cabaret, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Annie, Nunsense, Sugar and Godpsell. Jill has appeared as Principal Boy in many pantomimes and worked extensively in concerts including Hello Dolly! with Chita Rivera, My One and Only and The Cole Porter Centennial. She is one of the founders of WestEnders.

Andrew NeweyAndrew Newey
Trained at Italia Conti Academy. West End credits: Miss Saigon, Spread a Little Happiness, Out of the Blue, Pirates of Penzance and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat understudying Jason Donovan. Regional credits Sweeney Todd and Assassins. Concert work includes: Simply Barbra, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar at London’s Palace Theatre. Andrew has been a WestEnder for two years and especially enjoys sailing the world with the company.

Mark O'MalleyMark O'Malley
Mark O'Malley was born in Glasgow. He trained as a nurse, but left the profession in 1991 when he got the role of Feuilly in the Les Misérables 1st UK tour. Other musical theatre includes: World Premiere of Eric Woolfson's POE; Manhattan Nights Tour 2003; Matt Monro in Moments Of Magic; Judas in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar UK tour; Quasimodo and Frollo in Notre-Dame de Paris (Dominion theatre); Chris in Miss Saigon (Theatre Royal Drury Lane); Marius and Enjolras in Les Misérables (Palace theatre, London, both UK tours) Mark is featured on the WestEnders album.

Jon OsbaldestonJon Osbaldeston
Jon is from Wigan in Lancashire. He trained as an actor at Rose Bruford College and was also awarded a scholarship to begin his MFA at Texas Tech University in the US. His work includes the West End productions of: Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof, Kiss of the Spiderwoman and the ill-fated Leonardo The Musical. Jon is one of the founders of WestEnders and appears on their debut CD. He still appears occasionally with the group, and loves singing with his old friends Jill, Linda and Frances. Jon now works mainly as a writer. His first play Hard as Nails won Best New Play at London Writers Competition, was heard on radio in the UK, and performed at The Lyric Theatre, Silver Lake, Los Angeles. He has also co-written twenty-four episodes of The Adventures of PG Woodlouse on BBC7. This series is now in development as a TV animation and is slated to hit screens next year!

Lisa PeaceLisa Peace
Trained at Arts Educational School. West End credits: Les Miserables, Witches of Eastwick , Grizabella in Cats, Pearl in Starlight Express and Peggy Van Aulden in Jailhouse Rock. Other work includes EastEnders and Murder in Mind both for BBC TV. Fringe work includes Mr Cinders at the Kings Head Theatre. Tours: Martin Guerre, Maria in The Sound of Music, Hot Stuff and Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat opposite Phillip Schofield. Most recently, Lisa has been playing 'Peggy van Aulden' in Jail House Rock. Lisa made her WestEnders debut in 2003.

Nick PoundNick Pound
Nick is a keen vegetarian cook, and was a contestant on BBC's 'Masterchef competition. He enjoys DIY, especially carpentry, having designed and built his own kitchen in his Hertfordshire house. Theatre: Cats (Old Deuteronomy), Notre Dame de Paris, Chess, Evita (Peron), Les Miserables (Jean Valjean), P&O Cruises (Canberra and Sea Princess).

Craig PriceCraig Price
Craig's theatre work includes Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus) UK & European Tour; Les Miserables (understudied/played Enjolras) Palace Theatre, London; Martin Guerre (Swing) UK Tour; Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph) UK Tour; Aladdin (Genie) & La Cage Aux Folles (Jean Michel) Hinckley Concordia Theatre; 42nd Street (Billy Lawlor) Coventry Belgrade; He has also performed in numerous concerts & cabarets throughout the British Isles & Europe. Craig's other work includes Co-directing a production of Les Miserables at the Birmingham Conservatoire, and he also teaches at D and B School for Performing Arts. in Bromley, London. Charles ShirvellCharles Shirvell
Trained in Los Angeles with Elizabeth Sabine and in London at The Actors Centre. He has recently completed nine months as resident director of Chicago at the Adelphi Theatre. WestEnd credits include creating the role of Mary Sunshine in Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Carousel, Out of the Blue, Miss Saigon, Metropolis and Les Miserables. Television includes Doctors, A Week in The West End and Brush Strokes all for the BBC and Death of a Son for Central ITV. Charles is currently touring in "Jekyll & Hyde" and looks forward to continuing his work with the WestEnders.

Gareth SnookGareth Snook
Gareth trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. In 1988 Gareth played Grantaire and Bamatabois in the London production of Les Miserables. In 1995 he once again played Bamatabois for the Les Miserables Tenth Anniversary Concert. He was also part of the ensemble of the Les Miserables Complete Symphonic Recording (1988). Gareth's theatre/musical credits include: Hugo and Alex in Aspects of Love (1991-1992), Lee Harvey Oswald in Assassins, Mickey in Blood Brothers, Busthoper Jones, Asparagus and Growltiger in Cats (1999-2002), Billy Flynn in Chicago, Paul in Company Jesus in Godspell (1987), Danny and Kenickie in Grease, Skyrocket in Guys and Dolls, Father Dominic in Martin Guerre (1999), Joe Josephson in Merrily We Roll Along, Harry in My Fair Lady (2003), Artie Green in Sunset Boulevard (1993), Harry and Joe in The Hired Man, Guy, Dino and Father Rocco in The Rink (1988), Eddie and Dr Scott in The Rocky Horror Show.

Stephen WellerStephen Weller
Stephen trained at Mountview, and his professional debut was in the London Production of Les Miserables, understudying and playing Enjolras. He played the title role in the UK Tour of Martin Guerre (Cameron Mackintosh) and recreated the role on the 1999 Cast Recording. Other work includes Jerry Springer - The Opera; Crusade and m ost recently playing Young Ebenezer/Harry opposite Shane Richie in Scrooge. With Capital Voices, Stephen works as a session singer for performers including Martine McCutcheon; Michael Ball; Gareth Gates & Will Young. Stephen has been with the WestEnders since 2003 and has enjoyed working in some amazing places, and meeting some wonderful people. He is currently in the cast of The Producers at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.
